We are delighted to announce that starting February 2024, Alina Jitari is joining us as a Customer Service Representative!
In her new role, Alina will play a vital part in our daily interactions with merchants, handling operational inquiries related to alerting and processing.
Alina brings with her a wealth of experience, with a background spanning six years in data management, KYC operations, AML evaluations, and client support. She has previously served as a Data Management Officer at SWIFT and as a KYC Senior Analyst at Fourthline. Additionally, she has held positions in marketing, fashion, design, and HR.
In her leisure time, Alina channels her creative energy into painting. She boasts numerous art exhibitions in her portfolio and is particularly passionate about landscape painting.
We are eagerly welcoming Alina and are looking forward to the valuable contributions she will bring to our team and our clients' success!
